DPD Ship to Shop - £3.50 or FREE on orders over £50
Orders placed before 1:30 pm (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) using our DPD Ship to Shop option will be delivered to a specified DPD Pick up Point within 2-3 working days, when in stock. Out of stock lead times are quoted at point of purchase. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service.
Standard Delivery - £4.98 or FREE on orders over £50
Orders placed before 1:30 pm (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) using our Standard Delivery option will be delivered within 2-3 working days when in stock. Out of stock lead times are quoted at point of purchase. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service. This service is FREE on orders over £70.
Next Day Delivery - £6.98 (when items in stock)
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday - Friday), excluding bank holidays using our Next Day Delivery option will be delivered the next working day to a specified delivery address, when in stock, within a 1-hour window slot. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service.
Please note that we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. You will receive this information when order is placed. Lead times are 2-3 working days when in stock, 10 days for orders where plain stock is available, and item requires embroidery.
In Production Stock Status in basket
Please note that the "In Production" stock status you may see in your basket, means the item you are ordering is in stock plain but will be embroidered for you and delivered within 10 working days. Your expected delivery date will be shown in basket and on your order confirmation.
Please note: Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Outer Hebredies may have extended delivery times.
During the peak back to school period (August - September) no order is guaranteed to be delivered within the estimated time but we will do our best to honour the expected delivery time.

You will need your order number (from your order confirmation email starting 1000...) and postcode. Simply tick the item (s) you wish to return, your reason code and any exchange information.
Print your label and follow instructions to send back to us. Returns are free of charge.
If using the paperless return option, please add your despatch note to your parcel to help us process quickly.
*Please note, for returns from outside mainland UK, pleae email us and we will provide information on how to return. Email us with your order number to [email protected]
Simply login to: https://trutex.gfs-returns.com with your order number (starting 1000...) and you can print your label to return by DPD returns. If you do not have a printer at home please contact us at [email protected] and we will send you a free post label.
If the Goods are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please notify us as soon as you become aware of any problem and return the Goods to us. On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return to us the Goods we have delivered to you.
You have 14 days from purchase to return an item for a refund. All returns are free of charge.
All returns should be logged via https://trutex.gfs-returns.com, where you can choose your free returns method.
We ask that you allow us to (at your option) repair, replace or refund you for the price paid for any Goods which are found to be defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery.
If you opt to exchange the Goods, the details of your exchange items must be included on the returns form online. You have 60 days from order to exchange an item. If additional payment is required for your replacement item (s), we will contact you to receive payment before we delivery the exchanged goods. Only like for like product exchanges will be permitted.
You sure can. Simply indicate the item (s) that you wish to receive as your exchange using the online portal. Please note only like for like products can be exchanged
You have 14 days to return any products to us for a refund and 60 days for an exchange.
You may cancel your order for Goods at any stage before the Goods are dispatched and up to 14 calendar days after Goods are delivered. To cancel your order under this paragraph 9.1, you must notify us at our address in writing, (including e-mail or letter) or by telephone and return the Goods to us within 14 days of this notification, or prove evidence of. We will (at your option) exchange the Goods or refund you the amount paid for the Goods provided that the Goods are complete, unused, in 'as new' condition and with any accessories. We hold the right to reduce the amount of money refunded should the goods returned show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
If you cancel prior to dispatch of the Goods we will make a Refund to you.
Refunds will be made (less any applicable discount) by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited. All refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or upon evidence that you have returned the goods to us.
A full refund will be issued if the goods are returned with no sign of unreasonable use which would lead to the diminished value of the products. The refund will include standard postage costs if postage costs have been incurred.
Once we receive your returned goods, you exchange will be sent (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.
