DPD Ship to Shop
Orders placed before 1:30 pm (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) using our DPD Ship to Shop option will be delivered to a specified DPD Pick up Point within 10-12 working days. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service.

Orders placed before 1:30 pm (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) using our Standard Delivery option will be delivered within 7 working days. Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service. This service is FREE on orders over £50.
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 1:30 pm (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) using our Next Day delivery option will be delivered next day to a specified UK delivery address, within a 1 hour window slot. Parcels are also tracked under this service.
Please note that we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, during the peak back to school period (August - September) no order is guaranteed to be delivered within the estimated time.
We will be happy to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt for refunds and 60 days for exchanges. Returns may take up to 7 working days to reach Trutex . Returns should be posted using the ‘free post returns’ label to your nearest post office. Please ensure that a 'proof of return' is received from the post office counter.
All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a returns note, (attached to the despatch note), with details completed.
Please ensure a phone number is included on your returns note so we can arrange any additional payment if required. Replacement items will not be despatched until payment has been received.
