Standard Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) using our Standard Delivery option will be dispatched within 3 working days.  Parcels are tracked with proof of delivery under this service. You will receive an email with tracking code to track your parcel.

Ship to School (Not applicable to all schools)

When this option is available you can select as you checkout. Please note, not all schools have this option available. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) will be shipped to your school by the next delivery date for your school. Each school / country will have their own schedule, please login to your school welcome page for more information.

Returns

We will be happy to refund any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition within 60 days of receipt. For returns/refunds, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and product details so we can guide you on the next steps. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
