Getting school uniform to you safely

We understand many parents are anxious about getting back to school, and we at Trutex want to make the process as easy and stress free as possible, getting your children in the right uniform in plenty of time.

That's why we've put together a number of new initiatives to help. Here are some of the things we are doing to help you when buying their uniform and help out at this difficult time.

Extended exchanges to 60 days!

Our exchange period is changing temporarily from 29 days 60 days. This will help give you the confidence that if you buy early, you have plenty of time to check the uniform still fits before the start of term.

Safety at all times

Throughout this pandemic, the safety and well being of our staff, suppliers and customers has been our priority. With our warehouse and office now operational we have adopted social distancing and safety practices as advised by government guidance and the WHO (World Health Organisation).

Makings have been adopted to clearly demonstrate 2 metre distance in our warehouse, personal protection equipment is available and hand washing for at least 20 minutes is encouraged regularly.

Our courier, DPD is also adopting contact free deliveries.

Our capacity may be reduced in the short term and lead times slightly extended, but you can be sure that we are working as quickly and safely as possible.

What's my size?

Our blog now includes a "size guide" area where you can find detailed size guides, instructions for measuring and videos by product .
