What School Shirt Type is Best for My Son?

We offer long sleeve and short sleeve shirts in Slim Fit and standard fit with the easy care and Non Iron finishes.  When it comes to choosing the best school shirt type for your son, there are a few things you'll need to keep in mind. 

The first thing to consider is the fit of the shirt. Slim Fit shirts are more fitted and look great, but they may be uncomfortable for boys who are larger or more athletic. Standard Fit shirts have more room and may be more comfortable.

Then whether you want a short or long sleeve shirt . Long sleeve shirts are great for colder days or if your child likes a more formal look. Short sleeve shirts are perfect for warmer days or if your son just wants a more casual look.

Finally, you'll need to decide between easy care and Non Iron shirts. Easy care shirts need to be pressed before wear. Non Iron shirts don't need to be pressed, simply machine wash, remove quickly and hang to dry for the best result.

How to Measure for a Boy's School Shirt?

To find the perfect fit, you'll need to measure around the base of your sons neck to establish their “collar size”. Do this by wrapping the tape measure around his neck where a collar would sit.  Making sure the tape measure isn’t pulled too tight. View our size charts to find the right size for your child.
