About your uniform gift card:

• The gift card is valid for £50 worth of Trutex school uniform*, redeemable at www.trutex.com - which can be used across multiple orders. If you have more than one child, you will receive £50 per child.
• The gift card includes £4.98 credit on top of the £50 per child - enough to cover standard delivery to your door!
• Codes are valid until 31st October 2026 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any returns after this date will be made to a Trutex Gift Card.

How to redeem your uniform voucher:

• You must create an account to use your voucher. Please select the 'Plain Uniform' account option.
• Add your desired uniform items to your basket.
• Go to the basket.
• To redeem your gift card, simply click on 'Apply Gift Card Code' in the Order Summary section in your basket.

• Once you have selected this option, you can enter the code you have been provided.

• Once you have entered your code, click on 'Add Code' and proceed to checkout - the balance of your gift card will be subtracted from your total. Any remaining credit on the gift card will be eligible to use on other purchases.

Checkout

• At checkout, you will be able to make use of DPD Home Delivery or Local Pickup.

Unsuccessful Orders

• If there is an issue which results in your order being unsuccessful - for example failed payment of the remaining order balance, your gift card balance used is normally returned straight away to the gift card for you to use again. In some cases, depending on the payment method used, it could take up to 24 hours for this to happen.

Free Returns

• If you need to return any items, you can follow our usual returns process here. We offer free returns, meaning you will not be charged should you need to return any items.   
• Upon your return being completed, you will receive a refund to your original gift card covering the value of returned items. If you paid more than your gift card's value, any refund will first be made to that payment method, with the balance being returned to the original gift card.

Check Balance

• If you wish to check the remaining balance on your gift card, you can do so by entering your gift card code and clicking the 'Check Gift Card Status and Balance' link below the 'Add Gift Card' button in your basket, as below:
