We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours of despatch.

All orders equal to or less than £150 will automatically incur a handling and carriage charge of £10. Orders above £150 will be delivered free of charge. You cannot combine plain and special orders to meet the value of £150.

Returns

Trutex do not offer a sale or return service.

Goods may only be returned if found to be faulty. Please contact customer services on 01200 421202 who will arrange for goods to be tested.
